Acapulco really does have it all when it comes to Real Estate.  From large cliff side compounds and bay view mansions to simple hillside homes and waterfront condos, you have many choices.  If you just want to invest, think about commercial properties.  Acapulco does not have the "Boom Town" feeling of some Mexican resorts, but that can be to your advantage if you would like to invest here.  As with most beach cities, anywhere in the world, a carefully selected Real Estate investment  should appreciate over time.
